The program, aptly named HAM, an acronym of HONEST, AGILE & MOTIVATED was developed and delivered. Involving the development of a logo and a range of POS signature pieces placed at all ten company sites, the program was kicked off with a small parcel placed on every staff members desk. Looking like a plain paper deli wrapped smallgoods parcel, upon opening the staff were delivered their ration of HAM and the new program – which was quickly consumed by all!
